Xbox 360 Elite Refurbished

Im buying an xbox 360 in a couple weeks and i was wonderin should i get the elite or a refurbished one?

i want to know that if i get a refurbished one will it mess up in a couple of days or a week and if i get a refurbished arcade version can i buy a hard drive and play old xbox games on it

I’d rather get a new one. You never know why the system is refurbished (maybe there has been something failing and they have fix it, but you never know if something going to fail or not). Unless you still receive a manufacturer warranty, maybe it’s worth it.

Get a new one, it comes with all the warranties, and you will be the first person who use it, means that you will know the history of the system. My xBox had the “3 red ring of death” last time, and they fix it in about 3 weeks with no charge at all.

I think you can play some of the old xbox game on the 360, either it’s arcade or elite. check microsoft website, it’ll tell you which tittle that is playable on the 360.
